I earned my BFA in Illustration from SCAD, where I developed a love for expressive storytelling through art. Whether designing characters, visual narratives, or editorial pieces, my focus has always been on creating work that connects emotionally and visually.
Over the past decade, I’ve stayed closely connected to art in many forms. I spent four years as an Art Docent in my local elementary schools, then went on to host a paint-and-sip venue for a year, teaching both children and adults how to paint with acrylics—an experience I genuinely loved.
I stepped away from art for a few years after relocating from Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA, but that pause didn’t last. In my first year in Atlanta, I hosted two Art Battle shows, which reignited my creative drive and reminded me why art has always been home.
That spark led me back to my original path—children’s book illustration—nearly a decade after graduating from SCAD. I’m proud to share that I’ve since completed my first illustrated book with an incredible author. It was a deeply rewarding experience, and I’m excited to illustrate many more stories in the years ahead.
To create art that speaks to the soul—evoking emotion, sparking curiosity, and reminding people of the beauty, humor, and humanity in everyday life.
